Oh SoChic Lux Package

Luxury Package -Bridal Hair & Makeup Trail for bride (3 hours) exclusively booked with owner Arianna. On wedding day- Hair and Makeup services for your bridal party (including Updos) for up to 10 people with moisturizing facial masks prior to makeup application.  2 hours of hair and makeup touch ups for you and your party on the wedding day.  Plus 6 piece makeup touch up kit for bride on wedding day. Travel fees not included.

OUR POLICIES

RETAINER POLICY - WEDDINGS:

To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% retainer due at the time of signing. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled services will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of wedding, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.

 

TRIAL RUN POLICY:

A trial run is mandatory for all weddings. This is a special day and we want to make sure the bride looks and feels perfect. This is our chance to master the look your will always remember. A trial run does NOT guarantee a booking.  Once the trial run is completed, the bride will be given the opportunity to reserve the wedding date. 

PAYMENT POLICY - WEDDINGS:

Payment is expected in full or no later than 3 weeks before event date, NO EXCEPTIONS!!  We accept Credit Cards (a 5% processing fee will be applied to any credit card payments) or Venmo as form of payment. We DO NOT reserve service time for anyone who hasn't paid in advance.

CONTRACT POLICY:

The contract will be signed by the person booking services for a particular session (the contractee).  The contract will specify the location, date, time, and number of persons receiving makeup and/or hair services. After the contract has been signed by the contractee, Ceiba has to right to refuse any requests for additional services added and changes to the pre-determined date or time of the event.  This contract is an exclusive agreement between the contractee and Ceiba. Ceiba reserves the right to refuse services requested by any party other than the contractee. 

 

BOOKING TIMES

The contract will contain a pre-determined start time and end time to accomodate the makeup and hair session.  Any additional hairstyling and makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the hairstylist and/or makeup artist. Ceiba reserves the right to end any and all sessions at the pre-set end.  All persons involved in makeup and hair appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 may be charged for every 15 minutes a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup session exceeds the allotted time because of client delays. In the event that a client is late, all lates fees will be due immediately before work begins and Ceiba will not be responsible for any potential uncompleted work.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Services may be cancelled any time but the contractee will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. Any payments made are non-refundable.  In the event that an artist/stylist of Ceiba  is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.

 

MINIMUM POLICY:

There is a minimum of 6 people (e.g. the bride and 5 other people) per booking on the wedding day. If your service does not meet the 6-person minimum, Ceiba has the right to book another wedding on the same date and other bookings may be given scheduling priority. **Note the minimums can change at any time.**

 

OTHER CHARGES:

For services of 10 or more, an assistant will be brought in for an additional $225 flat fee. Assistant artists may be brought in if you have a limited time to get ready or at the recommendation of Ceiba .

- A $150 charge will be added to weddings that have a "CALL TIME" or start time earlier than 7am.
- A $250 charge will be added to weddings booked on a holiday or holiday weekend.
- If you would like an artist to stay after the initial application for touch-ups, a rate of $65 per artist per hour will apply with a minimum of 3 consecutive hours, if artist is asked to move locations or leave to come back later, travel time and all hours will be billed to the bride.

REGULAR  SERVICES HAIR AND MAKEUP (NON BRIDAL)

For all service appointments, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. No appointments will be reserved until payment is received. Balance will be collected before any services are rendered. 

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup/hair products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Ceiba from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
