Beauty…a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight. This definition drives my mantra. I believe that there are qualifies of beauty in every woman. My job as a Permanent Makeup, Bridal Artist and hair artist, is to highlight and bring out those beautiful qualities, which in turn brings out their confidence, charm, and character.

I was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica. My father was an architect and lived in Costa Rica, my mother owned a very successful beauty spa. My mom, little brother and I moved to the United States when I turned 12 years old.

I went to dental school and worked in the dental field for over 20 years but my passion has always been beauty and make-up. In 2012, I decided to make a career change and go into make up. I received my certification at the April Love Make-Up Academy and I haven’t blinked since. Immediately after receiving my certification, I founded my company, Drama-N-Glam Artistry, now known as Ceiba Beauty.

Since starting my company, my team and I have worked as head-artists to famous shows such as the New York and Los Angeles Fashions Week. We understand how to work with all types of skin tones, complexions and hair types. All our products are of top quality, certified hypoallergenic, vegan and gluten free to ensure the best results. I believe in working in a collaborative environment, allowing my clients to give me feedback but using my talents to highlight their beauty. My team now consists of 8 beautiful, talented, and hard-working artists and we pride ourselves in out-hustling and out-working our competitors while placing the focus on the client’s needs.

For the last 8 years, I have lived in Glendora, CA, in an old Victorian farmhouse that has been a canvas for my interior design vision. I am an artist, entrepreneur, and wife. And proudly, I can add being a mother to my list of accomplishments, having given birth to my daughter, Anastasya, in November 2018. She, more than anything, is my greatest motivation for success.
